iOS 9.3 was officially launched two weeks ago and since then, we only heard about issues caused by the update. The first and perhaps most serious of them involving older iPhone’s and iPad’s that can not be used for several days. However, the latest is not so serious, but forcing users to use a browser other than Safari. The problem affects iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, but there have been cases of older iPhone’s who encountered the same issues.
The unknown error involves blocking the Safari browser, and closure being the only option. This happens when a user tries to open a Web link using Safari or another application, such as Mail, Messages and Notes. Instead of visiting the target website, the app crashes, freezes or hangs.
Although Apple’s official forum gathered hundreds of complaints, the company did not give an answer. However, we expect an update to be released soon and fix the problem.
