Alleged iOS 8 Jailbreak Presented on Reddit – Fake or Real?

According to the latest press release by the Cupertino Company on September 9th, Apple's latest iOS 8 is due for release on 17th September. With only a few days to go we already have news of an iOS jailbreak. On an image link posted to Reddit, wOrldello showed what looks like a screenshot of the PanGu app icon and the iOS 8 interface. A PanGu Revamp to Jailbreak iOS 8 Showing Up

PanGu is the tool for jailbreaking which was released by a team of Chinese hackers, and PanGu allows users to jailbreak their iPads and iPhones running iOS 7.1.x. They've now modified and revamp the tool for it to work with the latest iOS 8 beta. Safe Mode Puzzle After Updating PanGu 0.3 Version in Cydia

PanGu 7.1.x now has an update for its untethered jailbeak on Cydia. For those users who jailbroke their iOS device using PanGu, Version 0.3 comes in a package update form in one of Cydia's default repos, the Cydia/Telesphoreo repo. PanGu iOS 7.1.2 Jailbreak – Quick Fix for “Device Did Not Reboot” Error
